About Nancy V Qualitza

Nancy Qualitza was born and raised in the East San Gabriel Valley and has been a practicing REALTOR®️ since 2003, working with buyers and sellers throughout Southern California. Nancy’s primary goal is to give her clients a hassle-free experience as she will go above and beyond to negotiate the best price in the quickest, most convenient timeline. She cares about her clients and treats their transactions as if they were her own. As an agent, she has acquired a dedicated family of title and escrow officers, coordinators, and lending servicers that work together to meet the needs of her clients.

She is a member of the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Outside of her passion for helping others accomplish their real estate goals, Nancy is a mother of four and is involved in her local community. She donates her time and resources to help a variety of causes including Here to Serve (a local non-profit), Autism Speaks, and City of Hope.

As a real estate industry veteran, Nancy understands how paramount trust is to the experience.
